UX/UI Product Designer 12-Month Contract Sourthwestern Sydney (3 days on-site)

What You'll Do:
Develop a reusable design system for internal teams.
Transform new branding into a compelling digital presence, ensuring it "comes to life" on websites.
Oversee UX/UI design for all customer-facing content.
Collaborate with external consultancies to refine and implement design concepts.
Apply best practices in UX/UI to elevate the organization's digital standards.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar field.
8-10 years of proven experience with a strong portfolio (link required).
Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and user-centered design principles.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
