We're seeking an Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the General Manager. In this role, you'll handle diary and project management, assist with internal and external communications, and ensure efficient schedule coordination. You'll also gather media and program updates to keep everything running smoothly and effectively. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our success.
Due to program security requirements, ideally you hold a Negative Vetting 1 Defence security clearance. Candidates with an existing Baseline who are willing to upgrade will also be considered.
