The Role

This is a permanent employment opportunity offering the right candidate a supportive work environment and the chance to truly take ownership of the role. You'll receive full product training while working alongside a small team of committed professionals who enjoy operating outside the confines of a traditional corporate setting.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and problem-solving-someone who thrives on managing their own day, prioritising tasks independently, and embracing the daily challenges of customer product support. You'll also provide internal administrative assistance to our 2IC, making this a varied and rewarding role.

You

This role involves end-to-end IT support for a niche product and client base. We're looking for someone with a natural ability and genuine desire to work directly with clients-providing phone-based technical support through to full problem resolution. Make no mistake: this is not a product you can pick up overnight. Others have tried and failed.

To succeed, you must be able to confidently and efficiently navigate IT systems to resolve support issues quickly and effectively. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and you must be able to demonstrate previous experience doing exactly that.

If you don't enjoy client interaction, problem-solving, or being a key part of internal administrative processes, this role isn't for you.

Technical Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Solid understanding of product support, with a customer-first attitude.
• Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high productivity without supervision.
• Genuine desire to be part of a growing company, where your contributions are valued and rewarded with real opportunities.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and ability to write simple queries is an advantage.
