Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Application Specialist

I'm looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Application Specialist to join a high-performing Oracle Applications team.

In this key role, you'll provide second-level technical and functional support across the Oracle HCM Cloud platform covering Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Taleo, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide second-level application support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, ORC, Taleo, etc.)
• Troubleshoot workflows, performance issues, integrations, and data/security errors
• Manage and enhance approval workflows (BPM), integrations, and user access
• Perform impact assessments and testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates
• Write and debug SQL queries; support TCC and ORC integrations
• Collaborate with HR business partners and technical teams to resolve incidents and enhance system usability

What You'll Bring

• Proven (7-10 years) experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Core HR, ORC, and Taleo (TEE).
• Advanced SQL, HDL, and TCC scripting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with BPM workflows and security configurations.
• Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood UX and AI Agent features is highly desirable.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting BPM tasks in both Core HR and ORC would be awesome.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
