ERP Systems Analyst

• About the Role:

  We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support the ongoing optimisation and integration of our cloud-based ERP platform across multiple business entities. This hands-on role involves enhancing system functionality, managing critical data workflows, and driving operational efficiencies through seamless system integrations, including EDI and PowerBI. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure the ERP system meets evolving business needs and delivers measurable value.

  Duties & responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the ERP system ensuring stability and performance across all business units.
  • Manage EDI integrations, including testing and validation of XML structures to support accurate and reliable data exchange.
  • Oversee data migration and cleansing activities, ensuring high data integrity and efficient system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
  • Support the rollout of PowerBI reporting capabilities, designing dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.

  About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration and implementation, preferably with BusinessCentral or a similar cloud-based ERP.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EDI workflows and XML file structures, with proven experience managing data integration.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and finance operations, with experience managing systems across multiple business entities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead data migration, system upgrade, and integration projects with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
