Analyst Programmer (AS400 / RPG)

Are you an experienced RPG Programmer looking for a role where you can shape solutions, lead critical development, and be part of a major ERP transformation? The Opportunity
In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications on the iSeries (AS/400) platform using RPG IV, ILE, and related technologies. You'll play a key role in interfacing and data conversion projects as we gradually transition from RPG to SAP.

Alongside day-to-day support of a custom-built ERP system, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver efficient, scalable, and dependable solutions that keep business operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' proven experience in RPG development
• Strong SQL skills
• Background in manufacturing or sales environments (advantageous)
• Disciplined approach to writing clear, well-documented code
• Experience diagnosing, modifying, and testing custom applications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
