Join a high-performing development team building technology that makes a real difference. We're looking for an experienced Automation Tester who's passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll own the QA process across the SDLC. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end systems. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure applications not only meet functional requirements but also perform flawlessly in a regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test suites (front-end & back-end)
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Ensuring test coverage aligns with user stories & acceptance criteria
• Performing exploratory, regression, performance & integration testing
• Defining QA best practices, including documentation standards
• Testing RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and validating complex data workflows
• Maintaining a focus on automation reliability within a Blazor/.NET/Azure architecture

What We're Looking For

• Proven automation testing experience in Agile software teams
• Skilled in Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks
• Experience with .NET and scripting in C# or Python
• API, SQL, and data validation expertise
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
