Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices and principles.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stand-ups and workshops.
• Promote continuous improvement and encourage adoption of best practices.
• Work with teams to remove obstacles and improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and management to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies.
• Follow up and work with team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a coach and mentor.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed.
