Are you a passionate Web Developer with a flair for creating engaging digital experiences? Clicks IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading federal government agency to find a skilled Web Developer to join their digital uplift program.
In this 12-month contract based in Canberra, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the agency's public-facing website and online shop, built on GovCMS (Drupal 9+). You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions that meet Australian Government standards, including WCAG and the Digital Service Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Drupal-based websites and eCommerce platforms.
- Implement performance optimisations, usability testing, and accessibility enhancements.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, security updates, and GovCMS roadmap alignment.
- Support content teams and monitor analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
- Drupal 9+, GovCMS SaaS, Twig, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Shopify, Docker, Lagoon hosting, CI/CD
- Strong understanding of accessibility and security best practices
