Contract: 12 Months + 2 × 12‑Month Extensions
Clearance: Minimum NV1 (ability to obtain TSPV/TSPA)
A major Federal Government agency is launching a significant transformation program and is seeking multiple Organisational Change Managers to support the delivery of large‑scale technology initiatives. These roles are ideal for experienced change professionals looking to influence organisation‑wide outcomes within a fast‑moving ICT environment.
About the Role
You will design and deliver end‑to‑end change strategies to support new systems, processes, and ways of working. Working across multiple projects, you will partner with business areas and project teams to build readiness, drive adoption, and guide stakeholders through change.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
- Identify business impacts of technology changes and develop tailored change strategies
- Develop and deliver change and communication plans for major programs
- Engage stakeholders to build awareness, buy‑in, and understanding
- Support benefits realisation through behavioural and process change
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in organisational change management
- Experience delivering change in complex, technology‑driven environments
- Background using structured methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to coach leaders and teams through change
