A major Australian Government agency is expanding its ICT program and is seeking five Senior Business Analysts to join a high‑profile transformation initiative. These roles offer long‑term contract security, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to shape future-state business and technology outcomes.
About the Role
You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and project leadership to analyse current‑state processes, define future requirements, and develop high‑quality business analysis artefacts. Your expertise will support multiple projects within a broader transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements
- Develop process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Apply user‑centred design approaches (personas, journey maps, service blueprints)
- Collaborate with SMEs, product owners, developers, testers, and change teams
Essential Criteria
- Strong capability in eliciting and defining epics, user stories, and non‑functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders
- Experience applying user‑centred design principles
- Proven delivery experience within large or complex ICT projects
