Business Analyst

What you'll do

Clicks client are looking for an experienced professioanal to lead end‑to‑end business analysis to support the implementation of a Microsoft‑first, COTS solution that automates complex accreditation workflows. This includes analysing and redesigning current processes, simplifying them for automation and standardisation, and defining clear functional and non‑functional requirements. You'll develop procurement‑ready RFQ inputs, covering requirements, evaluation criteria, assumptions, and constraints, and apply a strong "adopt not adapt" approach to minimise customisation and long‑term technical risk.

This role is 6 months (no extensions) based in Canberra.

What you'll bring

You bring strong experience in:

• End‑to‑end business analysis
• Process mapping and redesign
• Requirements definition for enterprise platforms, ideally within Microsoft ecosystems.

You're comfortable working with COTS solutions and disciplined procurement processes, and you can translate complex business needs into clear, market‑ready requirements. You have a structured, pragmatic mindset, a focus on reducing risk and scope creep, and the confidence to support robust vendor evaluation and decision‑making.
