Project Technical Lead

Lead two high-impact projects in fire monitoring & digital control systems for a major national service provider. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while driving technical leadership & system engineering oversight.

The Role:

As a Project Technical Lead, you'll oversee the replacement of a critical fire monitoring system, ensuring it meets operational & regulatory standards. You'll manage system requirements, design, integration, testing, and acceptance, working closely with internal teams & external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead technology delivery across two high-impact safety projects.
✅ Gather technical requirements & oversee system commissioning.
✅ Manage the integration of new software & hardware into operations.
✅ Oversee software control integration & system sequencing.
✅ Work with Tech Leads & SMEs to ensure project success.
✅ Engage in software testing, security, and compliance oversight.

What You'll Bring:

🔹 Experience in technical project delivery & system integration.
🔹 Strong background in software engineering, ideally in defence or regulated environments.
🔹 Experience in software control systems & integration projects.
🔹 Broad technology understanding-software development, testing, security, and infrastructure.
🔹 Ability to work in structured, project-driven environments.
🔹 Strong stakeholder management & ability to work across multiple moving elements.
🔹 Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (Security clearance eligibility required).

Contract Details:

📍 Location: Eagle Farm 3 days + WFH 2 Days
📆 Contract: 12 months
💰 Rate: $900 p/d inc super (negotiable)
