Enterprise Systems Specialist - Contract Opportunity
Location - Box Hill VIC 3128
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance various enterprise systems to support seamless business operations. This role requires strong collaboration with Business System Owners to manage fixes and enhancements-particularly within the TechOne ERP platform-from scoping through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and high-performing
Managing full lifecycle release management and leading vendor engagement
Coordinating incident resolution and system improvements across multiple business areas
Key skills and experience:
Proven experience managing SaaS platforms in complex enterprise environments
Strong release management and operational support background
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Experience with TechnologyOne, Salesforce, and Moodle highly regarded
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bring both technical and professional leadership to enterprise system management.
