Technical Business Analyst

• Technical Business Analyst - Infrastructure & ICT Uplift (M&A Focus)

About the Role

We are looking a Technical Business Analyst with strong infrastructure experience to support a major international ICT uplift project. This is a strategic transformation initiative involving enterprise systems, identity and access management, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.

You will act as the sole Business Analyst on the program, working closely with the Project Manager and technical leads across identity management, authentication, infrastructure, and network engineering. Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in complex enterprise environments, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for a large-scale ICT uplift program across multiple sites
• Engage with a diverse set of local and international stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements
• Document current and future state infrastructure solutions
• Support Active Directory and identity management initiatives
• Provide input on system integration and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
• Work within a collaborative, BAU-driven environment with enterprise tech leads
• Assist in migration planning and execution of infrastructure-related services

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Proven experience as a Technical or Infrastructure Business Analyst
• Strong background supporting mergers and acquisitions or corporate transitions
• Expertise in Active Directory, authentication, and identity management systems
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and Azure
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills

Desirable:

• Experience in Active Directory migration or large-scale infrastructure uplift
• Exposure to complex system migrations and enterprise-scale environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (general awareness is sufficient)
