The Role: We're looking for a Level 3 Support Technician to join a growing technical team and to deliver tailored IT solutions to customers on existing SLA's and also ad hoc clients. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving client IT infrastructure while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide advanced onsite, remote, and project-based support. ? Analyse and enhance clients' IT systems and infrastructure. ? Own technical escalations and act as a trusted point of contact. ? Design and implement tailored technical solutions.
What You'll Bring:
? Previous experience working in a managed services (MSP) environment highly desirable ? Strong Level 3 support experience, with the ability to take ownership of escalations within Windows/Microsoft environment ? Expertise working within the Windows environment, networking, and IT security. ? Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
