In this 6-month contract, you'll handle complex support issues, keep critical systems humming, and deliver the top-tier service clients love you for. No same-day repeats, just variety, challenge, and the satisfaction of fixing things others can't.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical support tickets
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint
- Deploy and manage both cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell
- Keep documentation clear and contribute to the knowledge base
- Provide occasional onsite support to clients in the Sydney area
What I'm Looking For:
- 2+ years in IT support (previous MSP experience is our strong preference)
- Confident with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Skilled in Azure AD & Intune management
- Solid troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for tech
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for site visits
