I'm looking for an IT Software Support Specialist who speaks the language of trucks and fleet maintenance and wants to help customers get the most out of the company's industry-leading fleet management software.
This role blends IT support, client onboarding, and problem-solving with the satisfaction of working in an industry you actually understand.
You'll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through the company's SaaS platform, clean up their operational data in Excel, and provide feedback ideas that shape the future of our software.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate to development when needed.
- Onboard new clients, cleaning and importing their operational data.
- Share client feedback with the product team to help shape new features.
- Keep documentation clear, concise, and up to date.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience supporting transport, logistics, fleet management software.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Advanced Excel user and comfortable with cleaning and organising data.
- Curious, organised, and solutions focused.
- Any SaaS support experience or troubleshooting APIs/webhooks will be a bonus.
