About the Role
I'm seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their first steps with the company's software platform. This role blends customer service, data onboarding, and problem-solving. You'll ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience from the moment they sign up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for new customers, including initial system set-up and data uploads (primarily via Excel).
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless transition into the platform.
- Provide first-line support for customer questions and issues during onboarding.
- Liaise with internal teams to escalate technical matters and provide client feedback for product improvements.
- Create and maintain customer support documentation to make onboarding simpler and faster.
About You
I'm looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong Excel skills, and thrives on building great customer experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or support roles (transport, logistics, or fleet experience highly regarded).
- Solid Excel skills for managing, cleaning, and importing data.
- Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and empathetic.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
