Service Desk Analyst

• Role based in Canberra onsite
• Must have NV1 clearance

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with both internal and external partners.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping capabilities.
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

Skills and Experience required:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of diverse Defence business areas.
• Familiarity with current industry standards for effective Level 1 Helpdesk support.
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and analysing system performance issues and user support challenges.
• Flexible approach to working across a variety of tasks within a small team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
