Security Clearance: Baseline
The Project Support Officer will provide essential coordination, documentation, and administrative support across a portfolio of ICT initiatives. You'll work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to keep projects on track, maintain accurate records, and support governance and reporting activities.
This role is full‑time, primarily onsite initially, with hybrid flexibility available once established.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, tracking tools, and records following governance standards.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Support reporting activities, including progress updates, risk/issue tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and continuous‑improvement initiatives within the project team.
Key Skills Needed :
- Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time‑management and organisational ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in project support or administration.
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies.
