This role is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking available. No work‑from‑home option is offered due to the high level of collaboration and hands‑on coordination required.

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator who is technically savvy, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment. You'll work across EDM, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, owning end‑to‑end execution, from audience segmentation to HTML development, scripting, and reporting.
This role suits someone who enjoys blending creativity with technical, data‑driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and optimise targeted EDM, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
- Build and modify responsive HTML email templates and troubleshoot rendering issues.
- Work with Email Service Providers (ESPs) to schedule campaigns, journeys, and A/B testing.
- Write and execute SQL queries for segmentation, data extraction, and reporting.
- Use PowerShell or similar scripting tools to automate campaign workflows and data processes.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Stay across industry best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging marketing tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing (EDM, SMS, or direct mail focus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive, cross‑client email builds.
- Solid SQL skills for querying, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with ESPs and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced small‑team environment.
- Understanding of email deliverability, data privacy laws, and compliance.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with data transformation workflows.
- Familiarity with direct mail production processes.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Java.
