Organisational Change Manager (TSPV)
$135 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support the delivery of complex ICT capabilities within a large national program. You will lead and embed change initiatives that enable successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies, with a strong focus on people, business readiness and sustained outcomes.
Working across multiple stakeholders, you will develop and execute change strategies, manage communications, drive engagement, and support cultural and behavioural change across the organisation.
What you bring
- Proven experience delivering change in complex IT environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Expertise in business readiness planning, change impact assessment and training development
Eligibility
- Must hold TSPV or TS-PA clearance, or are in the midst of upgrading to a TSPV or TS-PA
- Willingness to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment

- Duration: 12 months + 2x12 month extension options
- Location: Canberra
- Work arragements: Onsite only
