Lead Cyber Advisor LH-04646

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across Azure Cloud, legacy systems, AI technologies, and operational technologies
• Provide expert guidance on system and application design aligned with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight
• Present risk findings and mitigation strategies to senior executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to embed security into project lifecycles
• Identify and recommend improvements to the department's cyber security posture
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including risk registers, threat models, and assessment reports
• Lead incident response planning and contribute to cyber resilience strategies
• Mentor junior cyber team members and foster a culture of security awareness
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting government ICT environments
