About The Role
The Solution Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining the organization's technology architecture to ensure it meets current and future business needs. This role focuses on developing and implementing fit for purpose design solutions aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements.

• Undertaking critical IT solution discovery and design work, including developing end to end solution designs that improve business processes, take into account architecture and integration considerations, industry trends, our IT strategies and relevant IT standards.
• Collaborates, communicates and engages effectively with business partners and senior executives on complex technical issues including strategies, planning, governance and risk management to share information, build consensus and drive positive outcomes.
• Can clearly articulate and tailor complex and technical information, including findings, scenarios and recommendations to different audiences.
• Provide ongoing design assurance to delivery teams implementations are as per design and aligned to best practice.

• We are seeking a candidate with Advanced/Expert IT Solution Design/Systems Analyst skills strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills to influence and drive design decisions across the enterprise.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in developing end to end technology design solutions within the Digital Service, Data, Artificial Intelligence and/or Cloud domains (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in developing end to end technology design solutions that improve business processes, take into account architecture and integration considerations, industry trends, our IT strategies and relevant IT standards.
• Collaborates, communicates, and engages effectively with provider partners and senior executives, and delivery teams on complex technical issues including strategies, planning, governance and risk management to share information, build consensus and drive positive outcomes.
• Can clearly articulate and tailor complex and technical information, including findings, scenarios, and recommendations to different audiences.
• Has the ability to navigate complex commercial, technical, and operational landscapes to provide sustainable solutions that can scale across multiple applications.
• Has experience in large, complicated government environments.
