IT Digitation Officer (Records Management) (Blacktown)

Digitisation Officer - 6‑Month Contract - Sydney (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan hard copy files for digitisation
• Monitor image quality and perform quality assurance checks
• Maintain accurate file locations and metadata in CM9
• Support records management operations as required
• Ensure compliance with record retention legislation and policies

Must have

• Experience in records or information management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes
• Computer literacy across a range of software products

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the NSW State Records Act 1998 (GA45 and GA39)
• Experience using Kodak scanning applications
• Familiarity with council records management systems
