Senior Identity Access Developer

We're looking for an experienced Identity Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise IAM environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable BAU operations while contributing to improvements and integration work across both operational and project activities. You'll join a well‑established, cross‑functional team with clear scope and governance already in place.

In this position, you'll configure identity workflows, develop and maintain custom components, and support integrations with key enterprise systems. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, apply patches and upgrades, contribute to documentation, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient identity services.

You bring strong IAM experience, ideally supported by .NET (C#), Angular, PowerShell or Python, and familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Experience with RBAC design, cloud identity platforms, API development, and modern DevOps or containerisation practices will be highly valued.

Ideally you hold a Negative Vetting 1 clearance, or a Baseline with the ability / willingness to upgrade.
