ERP Delivery Manager

Our Client a Leading federal agency are seeking two experienced and highly skilled ERP Delivery Managers to join a major multi-year ERP modernisation program within a large federal government agency. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of complex ERP workstreams across finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise functions.

You will be responsible for managing either technical or functional streams of work, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and management of ERP-related projects and workstreams.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
• Provide strategic input and advice on ERP system improvements and modernisation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability uplift across the team.

Key Skills Required

• Demonstarted experience delivering ERP projects (e.g., SAP ECC6 or similar platforms).
• Ability to managing complex IT delivery in large-scale environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Ability to analyse complex information and present clear, actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-phase program environment.
