IT Project Manager

• Lead the implementation of CHARM across a regional health network
• Engage clinical and digital stakeholders to deliver workflow-aligned, patient-centric outcomes
• 12-month Fixted term contract -Hybrid role with fortnightly travel to Albury

I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a key oncology system implementation as part of a broader digital transformation across the health sector.

This role will support the rollout of CHARM or a similar oncology-focused application across a regional health network. While remote work is supported, travel to Albury is required once every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an oncology-focused clinical application
  
• Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multiple sites
  
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and training activities
  
• Ensure clinical workflow alignment and data governance compliance
  
• Track progress and prepare regular updates for senior leadership
  

About You:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within healthcare or digital transformation
  
• Proven experience implementing CHARM or similar oncology applications (e.g., MOSAIQ, ARIA)
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  
• Comfortable working with clinical teams and understanding of oncology workflows
  
• Willing to travel to Albury fortnightly
