Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Program Manager to lead a major Salesforce transformation program within a university environment. This role is critical to driving the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce across multiple business units, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, governance, and execution.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in higher education, a proven track record of delivering complex CRM or enterprise software programs, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with university goals and timelines.
• Oversee multiple project streams, including student engagement, marketing automation, and service delivery.
• Engage and influence senior academic and professional stakeholders across faculties and central services.
• Manage program governance, reporting, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
• Drive hands-on delivery, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved proactively.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and change managers to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Ensure alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering large-scale Salesforce or CRM programs.
• Strong background in higher education, with a deep understanding of university structures, governance, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multistream programs with hands-on delivery oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with academic and executive audiences.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
