Senior Project Manager - Land

Join a high-performing team within a leading Defence organisation that plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital integration across the Land domain. This client is responsible for ensuring that Defence capabilities are technically integrated and secure, supporting interoperability across Joint and Coalition systems. Based in Canberra, the team operates within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, delivering trusted advice and assessments that underpin Defence's most complex programs.

Your New Role
As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integration advice and performance assessments across a range of Defence projects. You'll work closely with technical specialists, security teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects meet their integration and accreditation requirements. You'll also support key governance forums, manage team rhythms and resources, and contribute to strategic workforce and budget planning.

What You Bring
You are an experienced project manager with at least 8 years in the industry, ideally with over 12 years supporting secure ICT systems in the Defence domain. You bring a deep understanding of Defence capability development processes, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, technically complex environments. Your communication, coordination, and leadership skills will be key to supporting integration outcomes across multiple Defence and coalition stakeholders.

Due to project security requirements, you hold a Negative Vetting 1 with the ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 2.
