Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Project Manager to lead advanced HR data analytics, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination across enterprise platforms. This role will support executive decision-making through robust reporting, data governance, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring seamless operational transition and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Calumo, and Snowflake.
- Manage data integrations across platforms including Workday, Ascender, and Adaptive Planning.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and role-based security models are in place.
- Drive workforce planning and position management aligned with financial forecasting.
- Support cost variance analysis and executive-level reporting (e.g., EG and EG-1 dashboards).
- Collaborate with Finance to optimise use of Adaptive Planning for budget cycles.
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple program streams including Staff Analytics, HR Establishment, and Academic Workload Planning.
- Manage interdependencies and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate engagement with HR, Finance, IT, BIR, and Health stakeholders.
- Lead working groups, steering committees, and reference groups.
- Track benefits, ensure audit compliance, and report to regulatory bodies (e.g., TEFMA, UniForum, TASCI).
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in HR data analytics and workforce planning in large, complex environments.
- Higher Education industry experience
- Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Adaptive Planning, and enterprise HR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive-level reporting.
- Experience in change management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
