Senior Project Manager

We're supporting a major organisation delivering a large-scale transformation program and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Marketing & Student workstream. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments and enjoys driving outcomes across complex, multi-squad programs.

You'll oversee two agile squads and guide them through detailed design, build and test phases, working closely with key vendors to deliver marketing and student life cycle capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of the Marketing & Student stream

• Driving detailed design, user specifications and solution design activities

• Managing Agile delivery across two squads (marketing + recruitment)

• Facilitating sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, stand-ups and reviews

• Experience working on marketing projects is highly desirable

• Engaging stakeholders and communicating progress, risks and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large transformation programs

• Strong background delivering in Agile environments (Jira, sprints, ceremonies)

• Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Education Cloud or similar)

• Understanding of marketing processes, student lifecycle or recruitment streams is highly desirable

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability

• Confident, proactive leader who can drive momentum and work well under pressure

• Higher education exposure is a bonus but not required
