Our client is on the lookout for a curious and collaborative HR Systems Analyst to join a passionate team driving a major HRIS transformation.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a high chance of extension. You'll play a key role in rolling out SAP SuccessFactors, helping shape how the business uses technology to support its people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the go-to person for all things SAP SuccessFactors. Configuring, testing, and supporting the system.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Help translate business needs into smart system solutions.
- Support testing, data validation, and user training.
- Troubleshoot issues and help users feel confident with the new system.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Requirement)
- Great stakeholder management skills
- A creative mindset-you enjoy thinking outside the box and finding better ways to do things.
- Strong attention to detail and a love for solving problems.
- Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
