As a Senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimising Oracle EPM solutions. You'll work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities in planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving business challenges with technology.
Your Duties
Lead the functional design and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable EPM capabilities.
Support enterprise planning activities including financial, workforce, capital, and cash flow planning.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting and reconciliation processes.
Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders and project teams.
About You
Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion.
Hands-on expertise in at least two modules (e.g. Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
Strong understanding of planning, consolidation, and core accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
A track record of delivering large-scale EPM implementations.
