As a HCM Cloud Solutions Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of the transition from on-premise HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. This role is central to designing, configuring, and delivering innovative HR solutions that will support and empower one of the largest workforces in Australia.
Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of solution delivery from design and stakeholder engagement to testing, integration, deployment, and long-term stabilisation. You'll collaborate with leaders, advise on best practices, and resolve complex technical challenges, all while making a meaningful difference.

Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud design, development, and implementation in complex environments
The ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, driving efficiency and interoperability
Strong skills in stakeholder consultation, risk mitigation, and solution documentation
