This is a great opportunity to join a growing and global insurance business that is investing heavily in its digital platforms.

In this role, you will play a key part in the continuous development and uplift of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it evolves with the needs of the business while also providing BAU support for smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, and an offshore development team, gaining strong exposure to Salesforce, insurance, and agile delivery practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a BA with around 2 years of experience to step into a supportive environment where you'll be empowered to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritise the Salesforce backlog.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator and offshore development team to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Provide BAU support and assist stakeholders with issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Support the uplift of Salesforce, focusing on scalability, usability, and optimisation.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in technology or digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog management, ceremonies).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce experience (highly regarded).
• Insurance industry knowledge or exposure (desirable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
