Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

My client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of large scale technology transformation projects. This role is end-to-end in nature, spanning project initiation, business case development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure business needs are translated into effective, scalable solutions. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering modern, secure systems with no legacy constraints.

Your Duties

• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation across multiple projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and define scope, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technology providers to develop test cases, business acceptance criteria, and training materials.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure traceability from signed-off requirements to final delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, scope changes, and interdependencies across business processes.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis within large, multi-disciplinary transformation projects.
• Strong capability in process modelling, functional specification writing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with airport or airline technology systems is advantageous but not essential.
