Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Join a strategic Digital Services Program, working across multiple concurrent projects and reporting to the Program Manager. This role is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and processes.
• Prepare project business cases, market investigation documents (EOIs, RFPs), and process maps (including swim lane and workflow diagrams).
• Facilitate workshops, resolve issues, and coordinate business process change.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
• Advise and support Project Managers in decision-making.
• Work across several projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• 7-10+ years as an IT/Digital Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Proven experience in technical and digital projects, especially:
  • Website transformation and customer engagement initiatives
  • CMS implementations (SiteCore preferred)
  • CRM implementations (MS Dynamics CRM preferred)
  • Digital forms platforms
  • Digital business process improvement
• Strong knowledge of underlying technologies (CMS, CRM, SharePoint, .NET, digital forms, finance management applications).
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
• High-level interpersonal and team management skills.
• Experience authoring reports and submissions for Executive signoff.
• Fully conversant with waterfall methodology (recent experience required).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
• BABOK or similar certification highly regarded.
