As a Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in configuring, optimising, maintaining, and troubleshooting a suite of digital technology platforms. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure platforms are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. This role also supports technical integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, configure, test, and implement customer and product requirements into platform solutions.
- Proactively manage platform performance and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
- Design and implement front-end, back-end, and platform-specific solutions, including integrations using REST API and LTI protocol.
- Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement projects.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience administering learning, membership, or CRM platforms.
- Strong technical skills, including REST API, LTI and QTI protocols, and data/file management systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the education is desirable.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
