Location: Clayton, Melbourne (Hybrid)
Contract: Until December 2026

Join a leading Cyber Risk and Resilience team as an Enterprise Security Architect, driving security architecture standards, frameworks, and strategies to strengthen enterprise-wide cyber resilience.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager - Cyber Security Architecture, you'll work with a high-performing team to shape and safeguard enterprise technology platforms. This role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and a chance to make a tangible impact on cyber risk posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security architecture standards, patterns, and guidelines.

• Evaluate business strategies to define security requirements, conduct risk assessments, and recommend robust controls.

• Consult with business and technical teams to identify risks, threats, and ensure compliance with industry best practices (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.).

• Build threat models, identify attack vectors, and prioritise mitigation strategies.

• Assess emerging technologies to ensure security frameworks and roadmaps remain current.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to IT and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor staff and champion best practices in security awareness and resilience.

About You:

• Postgraduate qualification (or progress towards) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, or similar.

• Proven experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise security frameworks in regulated environments (e.g. PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).

• Strong knowledge of ICT risk, security, cloud, networks, and infrastructure.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
