The Opportunity:
The team is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Technical Lead to play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of organisation's future state technology architecture.
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement scalable, future-proof solutions, ensuring that all technical aspects align with the strategic goals of the organisation.
From cloud architectures to cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning, you'll be leading the charge in modernising and enhancing the digital ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation the organisation's future state technology architecture.
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale digital solutions, ensuring that technical decisions align with the broader organisational goals and deliver a seamless experience for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the ICT team to assess existing systems, identify integration opportunities, and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Partner with external vendors to implement the architecture and drive technical outcomes.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and advice on functional prototyping and digital transformation projects.
- Embrace and drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning into solutions that improve operational efficiency and community outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards in all technical solutions.

- Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable and integrated digital platforms, including cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts clear to all audiences.
- A track record of driving the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve business operations.
