Systems Administrator - Microsoft 365

About the Role:

The collaboration and identity team at this organisation is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering solutions across the collaboration suite, ensuring seamless operation and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams (including Rooms and Telephony).
• Maintain and configure Entra & Microsoft Active Directory services, including SSO, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Implement and manage security measures, including Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator with proven support and administration of cloud applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience with Entra & Microsoft Active Directory (SSO, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Services).
• Knowledge of security best practices, including Information Protection and DLP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
