The collaboration and identity team at this organisation is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering solutions across the collaboration suite, ensuring seamless operation and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams (including Rooms and Telephony).
Maintain and configure Entra & Microsoft Active Directory services, including SSO, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Implement and manage security measures, including Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator with proven support and administration of cloud applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Experience with Entra & Microsoft Active Directory (SSO, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Services).
Knowledge of security best practices, including Information Protection and DLP.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
