Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite 3 days remote)
We're looking for a hands-on Test Lead to guide a small team while driving UAT, stakeholder engagement, and test management across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a small team, ensuring smooth test execution.
Managing HP ALM and Jira/XRAY, including reporting, training, and customisation for business and technical users.
Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working closely with business SMEs.
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align testing with business goals.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and producing high-quality documentation for business and technical audiences.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Up to 3 years as a Test Lead or 5 years as a Senior Test Analyst ready for the next step.
Must have experience in HP ALM and Jira/XRAY for test management, reporting, and training.
UAT Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in UAT, leading business SMEs, managing test scenarios, and resolving issues.
In-depth knowledge in creating test plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to lead SMEs through UAT and collaborate across the business.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in auto finance or regulated industry with a focus on quality documentation.
