A Queensland Government department is seeking two Project Managers to lead critical HR/Payroll, Rostering, and Finance system projects within a large, complex environment. This role involves managing system upgrades, business process improvements, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with government frameworks and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage complex projects following PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies.
Ensure quality outcomes through risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment.
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and upgrade strategies.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Project Management roles delivering ERP solutions
Previous experience with HR/Payroll, Rostering, or Finance systems highly regarded.
Experience with PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile, or SAP Activate
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Government or healthcare project experience is highly desirable.

📍 Location: Brisbane CBD + WFH mix 📅 Duration: Until December 2025 💰 Rate: $1,033 - $1,200 per day (dependent on experience)
