Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate team delivery workflow and promote continuous improvement
Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owner, and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize the backlog
Maintain team momentum, identify and remove blockers inhibiting progress
Plan and execute the delivery of services and products
Track progress and performance, identify skills/knowledge gaps, and ensure deadlines are met effectively
Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other delivery ceremonies
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on highly technical projects
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
Leadership and communication skills to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams
Technical acumen and problem-solving skills with modern technologies and software architecture principles
Commitment to quality assurance, testing strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
