About the Role:
Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect for a 12-month contract role based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of strategies within specialised domains and manage the delivery of position papers to support new business initiatives, business cases, risk assessments, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of strategies, position papers, and reference architectures.
- Provide expert advice on IT directions, strategy, and the re-use of enterprise IT capabilities.
- Deliver solutions independently across the enterprise architecture, staying updated with industry trends.
- Define enterprise architecture policies, standards, principles, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to communicate the enterprise architecture.
- Apply detailed knowledge of the enterprise architecture and provide assurance of compliance with standards.
- Identify and document conceptual solutions for business problems.
- Maintain a complete set of business and technology modelling documents.
Technical Criteria:
- Formal qualifications in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a business approach to problem-solving.
- Extensive experience in complex business and technical environments.
- Understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Experience in delivering platform-based architectures.
