Technical Lead - End User Platforms

The End User Experience team at this organisation is seeking Technical Lead with extensive End User Platform experience to join on a 6-month contract, driving innovation across our platforms and tools.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you'll take charge of delivering technical solutions across multiple projects and business-as-usual (BAU) operations. You'll work closely with a talented team, ensuring seamless implementation and a positive user experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing technical leadership across diverse initiatives.
• Managing device platforms, endpoint operating systems, and identity services.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.
• Leveraging your expertise in reporting tools to provide actionable insights.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical leadership or a related field.
• Expertise in Device Management tools: MECM, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory (Group Policy).
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Operating Systems, including Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS, iPadOS, Android, Chromebook).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Rooms, and Telephony.
• Experience with Identity Services: Entra and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Advanced skills in Reporting Tools, such as SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.
