Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading government department to source an experienced Change and Release Manager for a 12-month contract based in Canberra (ACT), with two 12-month extension options.
Join a high-performing team within the Quality Assurance Section of the Information Management and Technology Division. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) offers the opportunity to lead and manage change and release processes that support the delivery of secure, modern ICT services.
As the Change and Release Manager, you will:
Lead ITIL-aligned change and release management processes
Develop and implement change control procedures
Coordinate risk assessments, testing, and deployment activities
Liaise with stakeholders and Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful, you will have:
ITIL 4 Foundation certification (essential)
Proven experience in change, release, and deployment management
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to obtain NV1 security clearance
