Client Service Director

Our client is seeking a Client Services Director for a 16-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent. In this leadership role, you'll drive the growth and success of key client accounts and oversee the integrated social + accounts function.

You'll manage senior client relationships, ensure account performance, and lead a team in delivering strategic, social-first campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major brands and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce impactful work.

Monthly travel to Melbourne is required, with occasional trips to Singapore and Tokyo.

Duties:

• Partner with leaders to guide client management, prioritise work, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including social transformation projects, campaign strategy, and new business development.
• Manage senior-level relationships (CMOs and C-suite), ensuring clear communication, strong account health, and long-term client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate scoping, budget tracking, and efficient resourcing. Collaborate with leadership to flag key budget shifts and support hiring as needed.
• Drive growth through tailored Client Growth Roadmaps, identifying opportunities and minimising risk, with clear performance targets in place.
• Oversee campaign execution to ensure creative alignment, performance impact, and continuous optimisation across all workstreams.

About you

• 10+ years of agency experience, ideally in tech or related industries
• Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of audience insight, research, and social communications
• Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and emerging trends
• Proven leadership with clear, confident communication that builds trust
