Lead and drive a strategic initiative aimed at reducing technical risk. The program focuses on technical debt, improve data/application architecture, and build internal support capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Establish and lead programme structures, plans, and teams to maintain momentum.
Coordinate across multiple project streams and ensure milestone delivery.
Monitor quality, manage risks and issues, and maintain a sound risk profile.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, procurement, and resource allocation.
Ensure seamless integration of technology with business operations.
Provide updates to executive leadership and support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in leading digital transformation across organizations.
Expertise in establishing effective programme governance and delivery processes.
Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, Salesforce, and enterprise operating models.
Experience implementing support services for enterprise platforms.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
Skilled in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Able to manage complexity and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
